Hornbill Encounter!

Recommended Posts

Well, we were on a trip to Thailand, and there was a Wreathed Hornbill posing obligingly in a tree. It hopped around a while, and I shot a few frames:

But then it got bored, and decided it had enough. Flew down from its tree, and approached in a menacing manner (well, they are pretty big birds, and I'm only a little guy). So I retreated, managed to fall over my own feet and ended flat on my back. Still, being a pro :) I kept hold of the camera and shot again. I thought this might be my last image :o I thinks it's the eyelashes that really make the picture :)
