Your photos have such rich, warm color - this is especially beautiful on the golden coats of the cats.

I have to imagine that this is one of the last ST reports that will feature Malaika, unless there are a bunch waiting in folks' backlogs. It was a good sendoff.

 

I agree regarding local food at camps - I always opt for it when available, and I have to think lots of others would too!

@pomkiwi, glad that I brought some fond memory to you.  Writing up the report had been a great experience for me, and helped in refreshing my memory of those amazing sightings.

Great report! Photos are lovely. I will be leaving for 17days in Tanzania with The Wild Source in late March. These TRs keep my safari-jones in check while our trip is pending... Thanks!
