I don't think he realised that he had the correct answer (Crested Francolin) but was penalised for a dropped capital letter. and as for your ultimate deterrent..... words fail me

Well I can understand the confusion what with missing letters and golfing cuckoos but I did ping him @inyathia few times subsequently.

I can answer that. As you know view finders on bridge cameras are not the best so one has to take an inspired guess when trying a shot of a bird that is quite visible with the naked eye but not in the view finder. I do have 'better' ones but thought to share this.

@Galana Sorry, I'm very easily confused I hadn't registered, that my answer was correct, I thought perhaps it was a case of nearly but not quite, so I didn't have a new shot picked out, choosing one takes a while, I have an album of photos online called Birds of the World, the number of photos in it is fast approaching 2000 , unfortunately it won't be 2000 different birds and many are too easy, but I should still have plenty of good hard ones to choose from and I've still got plenty more on my hard drives, I just need to make sure I know what they all are.  So as not to hold things up any further have a go at this one.

Welcome back. sorry for any confusion.

Well if we look at it a Continent at a time and deal with Africa first I suggest we are looking at an Olive Thrush.

Brown top mandible and more Orange on the belly.

Of course splitters may prefer Roehli from the Usumbaras (so called Usumbara Thrush) but I don't think so.

@Galana A good suggestion, but it's not an Usambara or any sort of olive thrush, all I'll add at this point just to be really helpful  is that thrushes live on all but two continents and there are 300 species, so plenty more to chose from.

Try Black-striped Sparrow. Or Green-backed.
