Some lovely birds added to your list though, the Skimmer is high on my target list.

I have a great EBC reserved but will only use it if I really need  but I don’t know if it can be a contender, in mine you can actually see the bird :P.

Does that matter? You may lose a few marks but the judges will take artistic merit into consideration.:o

Congratulations from me as well. An almost artsy choice for your double century! :)

amazing! I want to see one so bad. And a sora ?! You’re doing amazing. And making me very excited about our move to the “other” side of the country next year, even if it’s just the other side of the Mississippi River for the warblers.

Honestly, this is the first time I've ever been able to photograph a bittern. I've only seen them in flight before. And the only reason I knew it was there was because it flew in seconds before. The sora I nearly stepped on. I though, wow, those weird-sounding frogs are moving around pretty quickly. Then I saw two fluffy black chicks and an adult. Certainly not long enough to photograph, even with my camera on and focused on where they were calling from. So. I tried.

It's weird how localized our warblers are. I've been trying to find a Cerulean for years! They live in the state, nest not half an hour from my house, but I've never seen or heard one.
