The young males (7?? Wow!) were still somewhere inside Selinda, @madaboutcheetah

Any clue from the guides where they may be headed?

Lots of cheetah here :) After a longish time...

@madaboutcheetah

Hi Hari!

Nice pictures!  It's always good to have news from Selinda.  That area you mentioned about the cheetahs, salt pans, is it in the north-eastern part of the concession close to its boundary.  If yes, I think there are pans there called salt pans but I'm not sure.  Or perhaps he said star pan?

Anyway, keep well and safe!

Yes, Mike - the boys had just come in from Lebala side ...... So, you are right close to the boundary.

Not Star Pan - that one , I know ..... the main big pan.  In 2016 when i was there we had Wild Dogs there!!

When I was there in November 2016, the Wapoka pride was often seen at Star Pan as well as the female leopard and its offspring (seen by you in February 2016).

Sometimes Lebala cars venture so far.  I saw Mr Mo there in March 2017.

Ah yes - Jane and Cubs.  She is special ...... I missed her - but, Vundi says, she's still around.  So, too Mr.Moe - she pops in the other side too .......

Thanks for another splendid report Hari. Gorgeous pictures - but that goes without saying. Take heart - it's tough right now but I'm sure we'll all get through OK and will again think about how to get on the next safari instead of lockdowns! And we still need to have another dinner somewhere, that only works when we can travel again. So travel again we shall. 🙂
