participants who are keen on photography tend to wait until they have a shot which they are (vaguely) happy with, but given this year is very odd, there is a lot more of posting when a bird is first seen than on previous years. Enjoy!

30) Northern Shoveler - 2 Jan (I know I just promised better photos, but I am trying to keep it easy and synched with my eBird, so this will have to be a placeholder)

 

-- All dates are first annual observation of species -- photo may be from different date due to not always having a photo associated with first observation and I'm working off my eBird

Thank you! This is a good exercise to get me reviewing all my photos. I hope to get on a pelagic trip this fall and see a few new species (for me).
