This is a fairly common bird in my area, and I had seen several throughout the year, but somehow they are great at evading my camera.

I also apologise for showing pictures I have already posted on another thread, but I'm still going to show them again... Just because I like them.

What an amazing sequence you managed to shoot of the Hoopoe and Drongos (even a Myna there, I think). The poor Hoopoe didn't stand much of a chance, but it was a great opportunity for you and you used it very well, indeed! Even the drop of the insect, incredible work!

Peter, I think the Myna was (for once) merely an innocent bystander. There were a couple of them foraging on the same patch of grass.
