Thanks so much @michael-ibk @pedro maia @Soukous @janzin @offshorebirder

@pedro maia - I think the Swimming Tiger isn't a normal everyday event ....... The rest of the sightings are par for the course in recent times in Kabini.

~ @madaboutcheetah:

The image quality is stellar.

As good as it gets, which is your ongoing gift to us.

The Kabini sightings?

WOW!

Thank you for posting these most recent images.

look at how that panther posed for you - the classic languid leopard in the tree. and that magnificent tiger.

I am so jealous that kabini is just right in your "backyard".

awesome photos, Hari.

@janzin- yes you should come visit when here next .... yup just the one that’s known. Who knows if there are any in the core zone where tourists aren’t allowed .....

he came from the core zone. In fact part of his territory is still in the core zone even today. Estimate is 6-8 years I think. He’s been regularly seen since perhaps late 2015?

Kabini really delivers for you Hari. Btw, I saw some recent ( March 6) videos of the male black leopard ( understand it’s not a panther) going up a huge tree with real ease and growling at another leopard sitting on a branch there, apparently the female. Then, a picture of the two of them mating on a high tree branch. Quite extraordinary.
