With regards to the eye colour of Chip's female cub - I think this is a 'young cat' thing - most cats have blue/green eyes when born and this usually changes after a few months - her eyes where orange-brown when we caught up with her a couple of months after @Biko

 

@Athene- our original plan was the same as yours -  get to Lusaka, overnight at Latitude 15 and then head to Mfuwe.  I changed this plan to flying all the way to Mfwue and staying a couple of nights at Flatdogs.  We were definitely a little travel weary when we eventually arrived at Flatdogs, but a nice shower, meal and a good nights sleep and we were out int eh bush with lions, giraffe and ele's by 6am, the following morning instead of travelling to Lusaka airport to catch the flight to Mfuwe....everyone in our group agreed it was a great improvement and we would repeat this on any future trips - food for thought perhaps?
