I have just returned from a family holiday in the 10,000 Islands region of SW Florida.

 

I spent several early mornings wading about in a tidal lagoon near our rental house. Whilst it was quite buggy, and there was always the potential for me to go 'a over t' and dump my camera in the salty water, the birdlife was brilliant. Here are a few snaps:
