I think it is a juvenile Black (Verreux´s) Eagle. In Peter Steyn´s "Bird of Prey of Southern Africa" it has a cream-coloured crown and a tawny back of the neck. The pattern on the upper wings points at Black Eagle. The white windows on the wings and even the wing shape are typical of Black Eagle. "Rump feathers are white, edged white." (Steyn)
