8 day honeymoon safari in South Luangwa

First off - I need to thank many of you for some tips and help with planning the safari. We ended up going with Norman Carr and had a spectacular time. Fantastic animals (more lions than I have ever seen) and made some lifelong friends. I am even going to be looking at Zambia and some business opportunities - I just can't stand not being close to Africa while I am away :(

Here is a video which I just completed editing. More than likely there will be many more videos to come - this is just the first one and it encompasses basically the entire trip in 8 minutes. Many more photos still to come as well. I hope you all like it!

Apologies if it doesn't playback in HD - YouTube is very bizarre with newly posted videos and it sometimes looks terrible.

Great choice of music. Those were some speedy game drives  The path of the lions section was a nice addition. Some exciting lion action with that sparring pair. Your reaction was equally exciting.

Thanks, I am a big Paul Simon fan and you can't really beat Graceland for a nostalgic safari video.

Yea the lion "paw swipe" and lions in camp were great. One of my favorite things I got and I think it makes the video more watchable. At first I wanted to try to make it a 3 minute video but it was just impossible to do it for the entire trip. My next vids will be more specific to animals/camps, etc.

So very enjoyable and creative; of course I am partial to "Graceland" :D You certainly gave us ideas of how to use our Go pro next month!

You look so very happy with your bride; isn't Africa the best place ever for a honeymoon to remember! I tell my husband all our trips are honeymoons, so get over the price and enjoy it

Looking forward to more. Were you staying at the camp where the lion had been sleeping outside? Wow,would have loved/hated that!

Yes, actually the chalet that we are next to is ours. I love that type of stuff.
