Very cool camera trap images. I've definitely never seen cattle make it onto one before! :)

Thank you very much for posting links to the latest CUWCS 2015 report.

While I enjoyed the photos and commentary, what especially truck me was the reference to the Lake Nakuru National Park anthrax outbreak.

As it happened, I visited Lake Nakuru National Park during the same period when you were there. At the time, something seemed amiss, but I dismissed my perceptions as being mistaken.

Having looked up news of the anthrax outbreak, I realize that it was indeed a serious situation. I'm more disturbed to read that the situation has not yet been brought under control.

It also saddened me to read how often your group saw cattle grazing in gazetted parks. The cattle in Lake Bogoria are a case in point. Such a fragile ecosystem, not at all suited for herding activities.

Please know, @@duma, that your group's reports are of great value, including the fine images and camera trap photos.
