When Ibis Attack!

White Ibis are very common in SW Florida. They are also extremely social, gregarious birds, often seen in groups of 20+ gently going about their business.

I was therefore especially surprised early one morning to hear an almighty kerfuffle and to see these two birds going at it hammer and tongs.

I had no time to think about light or camera settings, so technically I realise these are far from great, but I though they may be of interest here:

Any suggestions and tips on how to expose white birds properly would be most welcome.

@@Whyone? Contrary to your statement that these are "far from great," I beg to differ - I think they are great!

The first one remains me of a Dee Smith painting, the way that light shines through the wings. :)
