Great new set, love them all! Hope you'll write some details about the trip itself at some point. Logistics, getting from A to B, how long in each place, etc.

The textual part of the trip report is already done, after finishing with the birds photos we will start working on general photos. Not later than next Tuesday!

As usually it will be filled with details but any question is welcomed, and will be replied to.

Thanks! The Eagle was very obliging, and we do have more interesting shots of him! We were very close to it, photo #2 done at 250 mm (on crop body) and not cropped in PP!

15/08/16 - UDAWALAWE NP

It is a similar place as Minneriya NP or Kaudulla NP with elephants as its main wildlife attraction. Yet also birds were presented.

Sinharaja is the best place to look for birds, and it did delivered also to us. But boy, the light conditions are truly tough!

Birding inside the park was great but light conditions were awful, so many photos are more in the documentary category.
