Please help identify a bird.

I would not describe myself as a birder, nor a photographer!
It is more than possible that this is an exceedingly common bird, but I am struggling to identify it.

I think it is a lovely picture, with the reflection! I am not a "birder" but I enjoy taking photos of birds and seeing others as well!
