In the  meantime I postponed my July trip to Luangwa to October 2020 , hoping it will work !

Thanks a lot for your comments!

My personal opinion is that 2020 is a lost year for the tourism industry outside Europe and maybe even in some parts of Europe.  If Europe might totally see the end of the tunnel before the end of this year, I do not think it will be the case on other continents.  I sincerely hope that I'm wrong?

Thanks for your reply on my change of plans for 2020 but this time I hope  you are wrong and the “suicide” month at least in Zambia will still be possible for us !?

The next day, I was in Vic 'Falls where I stayed one night at Batonka Lodge.  In Kazungula, the rain was there and accompanied me along the road to Vic 'Falls in the form of a series of heavy showers.

Mike, how long was the transfer from khwai to kasane ?

from Kwando or selinda to kasane is approx 50 minutes and I think is a better option than maun.

@madaboutcheetah

Transfer from Khwai to Kasane was more than an hour but there were two stop overs : Selinda and Savute.  Transfer from Kasane to Khwai without stop(s) was about 50 minutes.

For Selinda and Kwando, Kasane is definitely the best option.  For Kwara and Khwai, the two options are good.

Black & Red & lions in water were my favorites - but every last image captured so beautifully, @Bush dog. Your dawn phone pictures are equally good - how on earth do you do it?!

@Sangeeta

Thanks a lot!  Well, I just pushed on the button and nature did the rest.
