This is the Island Scrub Jay  lives only on Santa Cruz Island In the Channel Islands NP  California  according to Wikipedia-"Of the over 500 breeding bird species in the continental U.S. and Canada, it is the only insular endemic landbird species."

So I'm starting with a tough one. many more to go:)

@melproffitWelcome to you hailing from another beautiful part of the world. Mt Rainier has long been on our "wish list", ever since we first flew over it and both said "wow, gotta get back here for some hiking one day".  The Scrub Jay is a beauty.
