Shall we say 10th of January to wrap up your topics here with last uploads from 2021?

Then move over to your Big Year 2022 topics?

Let me know your thoughts.

I don't think that there should be a strict cut off - some people may have been fortunate to get away for the festive period....

I do agree with that - some of us may have been tied up with other things and were unable to complete (like me). I believe there was no hard deadline in previous BYs.

Having said that, it should not stop anyone from kicking off their BY2022!

Yes, a bit longer would be good.

In past years, the final 3ntries have come in as late as the middle of January.

I have often been the culprit, as my holidays have end3d as late as the second week of January.

If there has to be a firm cut-off date, I would vote for the end of January.

I'm done with 2021 in more ways than one but I do recognise that others actually SAW some birds so better give them time to enjoy them.:D

End of January would be fine.

I have finished, but have no problem if people are later. It is only a bit of fun
