I'm hoping (praying) for a bit less water this year and few more animals as we have another record crowd coming from South Africa and Australia.

Convoy's leaving SA around Sep 18 if you dare. It's Hwange (picnic site camping before and after the count, the count itself, then Kasane, Chobe, Khwai River conservancy on the border of Moremi, Maun, Western Panhandle, Kongola in the Caprivi Strip (Nambwa - most beautiful camp site in Africa), then down into Namibia to Etosha and back to SA via the Kalahari.

There'll be folks heading back in convoy to SA after the Delta bit of Botswana....

Taken from Tony's post in this topic.

Is anyone interested? Put you questions about it here.

Tony, can you provide more details, costings, advice for those considering the trip etc? Who is organising this trip?

Matt
