The last two new species we saw I have lost the photos

 

I spent about half an hour photographing birds right outside our tent one lunchtime. The new species I got was a greybacked camaroptera, I also saw black-backed puffbacks and I think, weavers. I imported the shots into the iPad to make them larger in order to identify the camaroptera. Now that we are home, there is a gap of 60+ shots on the memory card. So I must have pressed delete instead of keep, when I imported them.....

 

The other new one was a black-winged stilt, which was a blurry, in flight photo, so my OH deleted it!

Indeed, @@Peter Connan at least it wasn't a lion kill or wild dog hunt etc. Just have to be soooooooo careful. The most ironic thing was that for the first time, we took an external hard drive and backed up every day......
