Good to see you haven't given up Alex! We are back in local lockdown here in Wales although this time we have the whole county to venture to although much of it is now bird free). Lost heart in BY months ago and not sure if and when it will ever return

Looks like similar will happen also in Slovenia. We do go out trying to get a bird or two, very sporadic, at least weather is nice. However, I have spent much more time enjoying my new hobby :)!

2021 will start anew! we'll bury 2020 as the lost year and forget it entirely, and start fresh in 2021.

Awesome count for the very unfriendly year. Kudos to you and Zvezda for brightening our grey days with so many beautiful images. Thank you.

@xelasanother big, BY from your family, enjoyed the fine photography along the way

Well done to you both. You had been silent too long and there is at least two hours left of daylight today. Michael Schoemakers claim was never lifting the foot until past the chequered flag.:P

My final post for Big Year 2020 includes 6 birds that are here only to increase our Slovenian count. 104 local birds is not a bad result specially with all the lockdowns imposed.
