515. Pygmy Cupwing, Frasers

what a challenge this pygmy wren babbler posed to us! it was calling loudly but it was very very well hidden. so i managed to video it, but you'll hear me giving herman directions as to where the bird was. LOL! just ignore it!

Congratulations on reaching 500 and beyond! A great bird to reach it with, with even some video. Congrats also on your foggy lifer and thank you both for showing us the colour and diversity of regions, unknown to me! I really enjoy seeing them.

Everybody goes to Frasers for two special species, and this is one of them.

And finally wrapping up our 2022 BY (i think) is the other special species that everyone hopes to see, but not everyone does.

Could that be the case of using a different colour space? Like using AdobeRGB and not sRGB??

i'm not sure. the photos appear in normal colours on my laptop and on the facebook. i wonder if it's got something to do with the ST settings? but all my previous photos are in normal colours.

Thank you @Peter Connan @BRACQUENE @xelas @michael-ibk .

Well, Herman managed to unearth another three on the last day of the year whilst I was stuck at my sister's home making cookies for the Lunar New Year festival! so it ain't over until the fat lady sings, and in this case the fat pigeon sang.
