Which is Luna.

She is a Lunate Ladybird. Cheilomenes Lunata.

Well they will always be Ladybirds to me and according to Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coccinellidae

in the rest of the English Speaking world apart from USA where they call most things with six legs 'bugs' as long words seem to confuse them..:P

Quite right. I am minded of an earlier remark by 'the boss' that ran thus:-

" However, the 2017 Bug Year does give me an idea for an insect and macro and version of this... :)"

After all your Birds are true Ladies whilst I can only challenge with Damsels.

When you say 'the boss' @Galana, I assume you mean the honourable @Game Warden rather than Lady Galana or Bruce Springsteen. :rolleyes:
