@TonyQ I did end our 2022 BY with safaritalkers' favourite pigeon. and a lovely one at that. :P

 

Great start. I've always thought your images are great no matter what gear you are using.

A few from the garden (all taken through glass). It has been very cold here recently, as you will see from some of these!

Some Blackcaps remain as residents during our winter (most of these are males). This one dominates access to the feeders in our garden and chases off other birds - even a pair of much larger Bullfinches.

A quick grab shot through the window - taken at 110mm. It saw us then turned round and headed back up the garden with no hurry.

I know there are foxes around my place but I have never seen one in my garden Tony ; great photos by the way !
