UK 14.  Rook

Seen at the same time as the Waxwings.  Light was fading but these birds are usually much more skittish and I liked that I could get a close up of it's beak and face.  I am quite fond of all the corvids generally.

Your close up ducks are very clear and sharp. Well done on the Long-tailed duck.

We were really pleased to see it.  Not often you go out looking for a single bird and then actually find it.  It was quite a lucky day as we also saw 2 Barn owls and a Kingfisher.  Not posted yet as plenty of time to work on improvements.
