Probably but he certainly had a grey head in later life even though he tried to hide it. Jackdaw does not bother.

But @JimSneed not worry. Like ole blue eyes they are much smaller too.

We have recently returned from a couple of weeks in India.

Our first stop was in Bharatpur in Rajasthan. We spent two days in the Keoladeo National Park in Bharatpur.

A number of birds that we will expect to see at home migrate here in the winter. We haven't seen this in the UK yet this year.

Easily the most common Kingfisher seen on the whole trip. In this area we saw 10 or 12 in a day, but they were frequently seen in other locations also.
