Only remember this one from Doho Lodge.

Lots of Pigeons this time! I´m 100% sure that we must have seen African Collared Dove as well a lot - they are everywhere. But haven´t taken a single photo.

Only occurring in Ethiopia. A beautiful bird pretty much on top of my wish list for this trip. We were rewarded with a great sighting at Lake Langano.

Wow @michael-ibk, 200 already! And what a spectacular bird to reach that number! I can't imagine how many species you've actually seen in Ethiopia, but judging from the number you managed to take photos of, the total must be pretty impressive.

Wow Michael, you must have been up all night!

Some real beauties, but #200 is both a spectacular bird and a magnificent photo! I hope it finds room on a wall somewhere?

201/ET118.) Red-Chested Cuckoo (Cuculus solitarius) / Einsiedlerkuckuck

Harenna Forest, Bale Mountains NP. A bird that drove me nuts. You hear them all the time, singing "It-Will-Rain", but soo hard to locate. This was the only time we managed to actually spot one.

202/ET119.) African Emerald Cuckoo (Chrysococcyx cupreus) / Smaragdkuckuck

Harenna Forest, Bale Mountains NP. A real beauty of a bird. You would think that it would be very visible with those colours but it actually does blend in very well between the green and yellow leaves.
