We went to India for a couple of weeks, so I will need to get posting again

The main places we visited were:

Delhi (bits and pieces in Hauz Khas and Lodhi Gardens)

Satpura, staying at the superb Forsyth Lodge (5 nights)

Kaziranga staying at the very good Diphlu River Lodge (5 nights)

Keolada National Park, Bharatpur. I night at The Birders Inn, giving an afternoon and a morning in the park.

I will post roughly alphabetically, but will break that rule straight away as otherwise the first two posts would be so poor!

I will put the overall total first , followed by the India total

The lodge grounds were very good for birding. There was a small pool between our room and the dining area which gave us treats each time we passed.
