That's it from Zibulo. I counted 36 species in a few hours, some have been posted before and others I improved upon in KNP so will follow

Love your heron! And some very cool photos from Zibulo. But I'm calling out 285 -  Glossy Ibis under EBC standards, I think you may have had a bit of mud on your protective filter :P

There is nothing wrong with cropping. I am sure that the files produced by 5DIV have plenty of room for that. You might try the Three-banded Plover and African Snipe, just to see the outcome.

 

Myself, I have been able to crop down to 1:1 (from 6000 pix to 1000 pix wide), and still not entering into EBC territory.

@Peter Connan Unless I can convince you that 4th from the left is Lesser, from this extreme crop, then there is nothing else I can do...I have no clear shots of the bills
