Fantastic India collection Tony, great photos all the way through. Kaziranga is such a great place, kind of a pity I was there just before my birding phase really kicked in.

You are certainly motoring Tony. I am struggling to keep up with all the BY's at the moment so it's dip in now and again for me. You did really well in India, some excellent birds too.300 on the horizon too. Go,go,go!

Thanks Dave. Are you quoting the film "Dave" when you say "Go, go,go"?

I love to see Reed Warblers, and perhaps as much, I love to hear them in the reeds even when I can't see them.

Beautiful, elegant looking birds. It is always a delight when they arrive at Upton Warren. (There are 37 Avocet chicks at Upton Warren at the moment - an excellent achievement for an inland site!)

Fantastic result with your Indian birds @TonyQ, I notice plenty were taken from room windows which is really cool.

Great latest set of UK birds, very impressed with the cuckoo.

Hiding, but distinctive.

My book has this (and the next bird -Siskin) as Carduelis like the Goldfinch, but I notice that some sources are using a different scientific name now.

Who can keep up?
