Already seen in the UK, and yes it is just a pigeon, but a suitably Indian setting.....

Sometimes I put more than one photo in because I really like the bird, sometimes because the photos are so bad that 2 photos helps with identification. (I will leave you todecide which category this comes into:D). I found it really difficult to even see this bird, let alone photograph it!

WHen names of birds have been decided, "small" seems to be used infrequently, wheras "little" is quite common. I wonder why?
