127/CB15. Black Drongo, ATT

We saw quite a few, but the drat drongo was always either perched hidden among twigs and leaves, or flew off the second the car stopped. This was the best of the lot, even with the skinny twig across.

A bad photo but it was the only time we saw it and it in low light well before the sun rose.

Nice additions Kit. Never just one eh?

On a technical note; it may be my monitor but it looks as though your camera is overexposing shots slightly, maybe half a stop.

Thank you @Soukous @TonyQ @Galana

@Soukous I tend to lighten up photos a touch but somehow they all appear normal to me on the page, except for one or two when i had to brighten up to see the bird's details. Herman says the photos on his screen seem not overexposed.

I'm very jealous of your Pheasant-tailed Jacana. I have searched for them in vain on several visits to India. Still waiting for my first one.

@Soukous this jacana was extremely suspicious of the vehicle. we had actually stopped for the cotton pgymy geese when the guide noticed the jacana sitting very still behind the geese. fortunately the car engine was turned off, so the jacana relaxed after a bit.

Thanks @Dave Williams
