@Tdgraves well done on reaching 400. Some excellent new additions.

Cisticolas are a nightmare to identify but frequently wonderfully named - I haven’t heard of the Lazy Cisticola before

For what it's worth, I think you are correct. Bill is to my mind not hooked enough to be a FTD.
