A poor photo, but only a small number of warblers are found on Langkawi. The wing pattern and the brow are fairly distinctive.

So we reach "Z" with this pretty little dove.

 

That is the end of the Malaysian birds. 140 in total - we were pleased with that!

I will do a short trip report - I wasn't planning to but circumstances have changed! I will say a bit more about the main birding sites and give details of the guides we used (I will recommend all three of them). I will also show some very interesting (and cute) mammals.

I have started going through photos from earlier in the year where the photos were not good enough and there was a good chance of getting better! Standards change, so here we go....

An interesting individual, the top part of the beak is much longer than normal - but it didn't appear to cause it any problems
