Good to see you have perked up. Tortoise and Hare all over again.

Go for it. Hard to believe that you have kept back some of these due to lack of quality.

@xelas If the Hare can top 500 he has me beaten and deserves to win. I am going to get close but I have to find a few new birds before the end of the year!

442)Eurasian Reed Warbler

Delighted to find this one on the last day of our Senegal holiday as I had missed out in the UK this year as the two ties I went to look it was too windy at our local reserve where they nest in the reed beds.

Out today desperately seeking the few I need to get me to 500, two were achieved as it was getting too dark especially for a black bird.

First thing while it was still pretty poor light and my shutter speed was too low but I actually quite like it dove the sharper ones
