Excellent action photo. Looks like a bunch of naughty children (not mine of course!).

Something a bit different, found on a beach close to Kommetjie in SA. What looked like the remains of some dead sea monster...

What was it?

I think some huge piece of seaweed: the beach smelled rank at low tide because of all the decaying kelp etc.

Some interesting additions, kelp and fruit bats, what a mix!

Russell, love the lions and would like to see more of your Kenyan photos some time. :)

Yes, a great mix of stuff. Love the fruit bats - have never seen any that close in daylight, although we have them here in Thailand too of course.

Everybody missed yesterday... I'm guessing because we were catching up on our rest...

Hope someone else will post something interesting for today too, but here's a safety shot in case:

Nice photo additions guys.

Russell, is there a greyish line through the waist of your lion, vertically? Can't remember seeing in on the FB version.

Looks like a thong line to me, twaffle - those young lions today - all vanity! Beautiful, beautiful shot russell.

Nice one Tassilo!

It is on the RAW file too, just to lazy to edit it out :) Think it is a rogue strand of grass...

Thought I'd join the party.

I believe this is the leopard they call Olive who lives around the Rekero camp area. You can see one cub in the background, the 2nd cub is in the shadows on the left. Shot last year.
